About Our Founder, Stephen A. Negron
Stephen A. Negron is President of Legal Tech Texas, a rapid-response provider of computer forensic, security and tech support services.
Stephen is also legally qualified as an expert witness for information technology and litigation support. He has testified in civil, bankruptcy and criminal trials in federal and state courts in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.
A graduate of Columbia University, Stephen began his career at Disney/ABC Television Network, where he was responsible for the network’s most critical financial and security systems in a zero-downtime environment. He also wrote and produced technology stories for ABC News, winning an Emmy Award for his work on Good Morning America.
Among his skills, Stephen speaks Spanish, German and Italian. He was also one of the youngest chess masters in the United States at age 13.
David Cooper - Forensic Accounting Specialist
David Cooper leads the forensic accounting division at Legal Tech Texas with a sharp investigative mind and over 15 years of experience in finance, consulting, and strategic advisory. His background includes financial analysis at Invesco’s $10B corporate credit desk, real estate valuation, and fraud detection for clients across healthcare, insurance, and nonprofit sectors.
David holds a Master’s in Accounting from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and a Master’s in Cybersecurity from IU’s School of Informatics. He’s also completed studies at Harvard, Cornell, and NYU, giving him a unique perspective at the intersection of finance, compliance, and technology.
As Founder of Bridge Advisory, David has worked with business owners, law firms, and executive teams to uncover financial irregularities, trace hidden assets, and provide court-ready financial reports. His deep understanding of financial forensics and ability to explain complex data clearly make him a valuable ally in legal disputes and internal investigations.
David also serves as faculty and an advisory board member at Ivy Tech Community College, where he teaches accounting and analytics.
